Cancellation Policy
12-Hour Cancellation Notice Required
- 12+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
- Less than 12 hours notice: $50 cancellation fee will be charged
- No-show: Full appointment fee will be charged
How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please:

- Use your booking confirmation link to reschedule
Cancellation time is calculated from when we receive your cancellation request, not from your appointment time.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 12 hours notice. We're happy to work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
Refund Process
If you cancel with proper notice, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Gift card purchases are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure we have adequate time for your test. This will be treated as a same-day cancellation and the $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Emergencies & Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency or extenuating circumstances (illness, family emergency, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire. They can be used for any of our services and can be transferred to another person.
Service Cancellations by Fit Evaluations
If we need to cancel your appointment due to equipment issues, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
