Refund Policy
At Fit Evaluations, we are committed to providing exceptional service and accurate testing. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals:

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Missed appointments due to late arrival are non-refundable.
Package Refunds:

Unused sessions in a pre-paid package may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used. Once any portion of a package is redeemed, the package is non-refundable.
If you believe a refund is warranted due to an equipment error or service issue, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We’re here to make it right.
